WHY JOFI?

Real Science. Real Results.

JOFI Career Clarity is built on real science—it’s not just another interest survey or career exploration website.

JOFI combines your Career Interests and Personality Traits to create a highly personalized Job Fit Profile. Then it shows how your unique characteristics align with thousands of occupations. Unlike tools that assign you a category or personality “type,” JOFI focuses on your unique combination of traits.

Most importantly, JOFI has demonstrated predictive validity—meaning it predicts job performance. That means you can identify paths where you are more likely to perform well, enjoy your work, and thrive.
